Photo ID & Authorization
A valid photo ID is required and must match the purchaser’s name on the order, or a named authorized person on the order.

Rescheduling
• Free if requested ≥ 1 hour before the appointment.
• $20 fee if requested < 1 hour before, or if the appointment was missed.

Pickup Eligibility
Pickup is available for all orders unless shipping was offered and selected at checkout.

Ten-Hour Grace (before “Ready for Pickup”)
Within 10 hours from purchase and before the order is marked Ready for Pickup, you may cancel for a full refund.

After “Ready for Pickup”
If canceled after Ready for Pickup, the deposit or 25% of the order total is non-refundable. If paid in full, 25% is non-refundable; the remainder is refunded.

Seven-Day Pickup Window
Orders not collected within 7 days of being marked Ready for Pickup may be canceled with no refund.

Major Discrepancy

Safety & Conduct
Follow staff instructions and posted signs. Stay in authorized areas only.

Communications
We may send email reminders and updates about your pickup.

Records & Security
When you continue, we record your agreement with date/time and your IP address for security and compliance.

Disputes — Binding Arbitration
Any dispute related to your order, pickup, or these policies will be resolved by binding arbitration—no court, no jury, and no class/representative actions.
