  • Shipping damage reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, inner packing, and part.
  • Wrong item shipped (our mistake).

Used OEM paint may require refinishing for a perfect match. Color variance may occur due to production runs or prior repairs/patches; color codes/descriptions are not guaranteed.

  • Insurance: optional; must be purchased before shipment.

  • Delays: AWAP not responsible for Carrier delays, weather, customs, or force majeure.
  • Address Accuracy: Buyer must provide accurate shipping info; AWAP not liable for misdelivery.

Pickup available for all orders unless Customer chooses shipping. Address is provided by email only once order is ready (Birmingham, AL 35211).

  • Free reschedule ≥ 1 hr notice; otherwise $20 or if missed.
  • After 20 missed pickups, call 205-538-5238 to schedule.
  • Pickup times are approximate; some wait may occur.
  • Orders not collected within 7 days may be canceled with no refund.

1–5. Agreement • Definitions • AS-IS • No Returns • Service Commitment

1) Agreement to Terms. By accessing this website, placing an order, scheduling a pickup, or accepting delivery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) whatsoever. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase from us.

2) Definitions. “AWAP,” “we,” “us,” “our” = AL Wholesale Auto Parts d/b/a AWAP — Auto Parts For Less. “Customer,” “you,” “your” = the individual or business purchasing from AWAP. “Order” = any purchase of parts/products. “Local Pickup/LP” = Customer retrieval after payment, set for pickup, and notification; pickup address provided by email once ready (Birmingham, AL 35211). “Carrier” = any shipping provider or freight company.

3) Condition & Fitment Disclaimer. ALL PARTS ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” AWAP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. Fitment data (Year/Make/Model, VIN, interchange) is for reference only. Customer must verify fitment with their local dealership and match against AWAP’s donor VIN before purchase. No guarantee of fit, function, or performance.

4) No Returns / No Refunds. ALL SALES FINAL. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credit whatsoever. Title and risk transfer once a part leaves AWAP’s facility (via Carrier or LP release).

5) Service Commitment (Non-Warranty). We strive to provide parts as described and pictured, and to release on time and damage-free. This is not a warranty and does not waive disclaimers or limits.

6–7. Pickup Policy • Shipping Policy

Pickup. Available for all orders unless Customer chooses shipping. Address provided by email only once ready (Birmingham, AL 35211). Customer brings proof, arrives during hours, loads/secures parts; times are approximate and waits may occur. Free reschedule ≥1 hr; otherwise $20 or missed. After 20 missed appointments, online scheduling is suspended—call 205-538-5238. Orders not picked up within 7 days may be canceled with no refund. AWAP may cancel/modify appointments anytime for operational, safety, or any reason.

Shipping. Risk of loss/title pass to Customer when Carrier accepts shipment. Tracking provided when available; AWAP doesn’t control scans or delivery windows. Insurance must be requested/paid before shipment; without it, shipment is entirely at Customer’s risk. AWAP isn’t liable for carrier delays, weather, strikes, customs, or other issues. Freight: Customer arranges unloading/inspection and files claims with Carrier. Address accuracy is Customer’s responsibility. Hazardous items (airbags, pretensioners, batteries) ship ground only; DG fees may apply; AWAP may refuse restricted shipments.

8–13. Recalls • Emissions • Age/Install • Payments • Taxes • Cancellations

Recalls. Customer acknowledges recalls may be issued during an order or after delivery. AWAP doesn’t verify recall status before sale but will cooperate if notified. Customer must comply with any recall (return, repair, replacement) directed by manufacturer or regulator.

Emissions. Do not use products to defeat emissions controls. Such use is unlawful under the Clean Air Act; Customer assumes full responsibility.

Age & Installation. Purchases are for 18+ only. Safety-critical parts (airbags, seat belts, brakes, steering/suspension, SRS/ECU modules) must be installed by a qualified professional. Customer assumes all risks of installation, programming, and use.

Payments & Chargebacks. Orders release after funds clear. AWAP may require ID/address verification and cancel suspected fraudulent orders. Customer agrees not to file unfounded chargebacks; AWAP will contest them.

Taxes, Duties & Export. Prices exclude taxes/fees unless stated. Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, brokerage, and import/export compliance outside AWAP’s shipping point.

Cancellations. AWAP may cancel any order at any time for any reason or no reason. If canceled before release (to Carrier or LP), a refund may be issued at AWAP’s sole discretion. AWAP may also cancel for mispricing, typographical errors, inventory discrepancies, or policy violations.

14–19. No Warranty/No Liability • Arbitration • Force Majeure • Misc

No Warranty & No Liability. AWAP provides no warranty whatsoever. AWAP is not liable for: labor or install/removal costs; loss of use, towing, rentals, downtime, or consequential/incidental damages; improper installation, programming, or incorrect application; any amount beyond the original purchase price; damage to vehicle, property, or equipment; personal injury, bodily harm, or death.

Dispute Resolution; No Court. Customer agrees to no lawsuits/court actions/claims against AWAP. If legally required, disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Jefferson County, Alabama under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules (effective May 1, 2025 or later), on an individual basis only. Customer waives class actions, jury trials, and damages beyond purchase price.

Force Majeure. AWAP isn’t liable for failures/delays due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, labor disputes, utility failures, Carrier issues, etc.).

Severability; Entire Agreement; Modifications. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. These Terms are the entire agreement and may be updated at any time; continued use or purchases after posting = acceptance.
