Pickup Policy

Pickup scheduling opens only for valid, schedulable orders tied to a verified customer email. States may include Eligible to Schedule, Slot Requested, Slot Confirmed, Reminder Sent, On the Way, Arrived, At Gate / Checked In, Ready for Release, Picked Up, Reschedule Requested, Rescheduled, No-Show, and Closed.

Rescheduling within 29 minutes of a slot triggers a $25 fee.
